Our enterprise is engaged in restoration, and interposition of granges, houses and real estates, construction of new buildings. It also provides services of lawn mowing, winterization, caretaking of the real estate (ca once in two weeks), concludes insurances, handles bills (electricity, gas, water, alarm) and gives information to the client.
Interposition of real estates: we rent cars, arrange accommodation; receive the client on the airport upon request.
The fee up to EUR 20,000 is EUR 1,000, above EUR 20,000 it is negotiable. We show the real estate, we help to agree with the seller and arrange the full bureaucracy (lawyer, land registry office, etc.)
We provide references, e-mail addresses and phone numbers of the clients to whom we interposed, completed reconstruction and construction, and with whom we have long term contract on maintenance.
There are some words about the real estates: we interpose real estates for holiday, settling in Hungary, agricultural activities, husbandry, enterprise, industrial purposes in the regions of the towns Szeged, Kiskunfélegyháza, Kecskemét, Cegléd, Jászberény, Szolnok, Eger, Miskolc.
Our English, Dutch and German speaking translators translate the contracts and the agreements.
In the case of the settling in Hungary, we arrange the school for the children, and obtain the documents necessary for the settling.
